Kim was featured on The Philippe Matthews Show (Chicago). She is a guest lecturer at Florida State University’s Department of Athletic Training, and speaks and teaches locally on motivation, goal setting and promotion and application of health and wellness. Whether on air or in person, audiences love Ms. Ortloff’s energetic and enthusiastic presentations.
She was an invited speaker to the Texas Chiropractic College in Houston, Texas for two lectures to students and doctors, guest lecturer for the National Association of Collegiate Athletic Administrators as well as a guest lecturer at the Claude Pepper Academy at Florida State University. Ms. Ortloff regularly opens her therapy clinic as a teaching/learning facility for massage therapy and athletic training students as well as personal trainers. Ms. Ortloff has been a regularly, featured columnist in the fitness section of the Tallahassee Democrat.
Kim is also a published author, releasing Where It Hurts and Why: How to Gain Control Of Your Pain in 2005. This book is a comprehensive guide on common aches and pains, causes of these conditions, and treatments of the pain.
